"Tahseen" is a loan dedicated to finance small and medium-sized entrepreneurs that have shown growth and stability in terms of the ability to show positive cash flows that allow repayment of the loan.

Target group

Owners of small and medium-sized enterprises established for at least two years, in the fields of trade, industry, agriculture and services.

Age group: Age not less than 18 years and not more than 64 years for the customer after the end of the loan granted.


Loan features

Currency: Lebanese Pound or its equivalent in US Dollars

The value of financing: commensurate with the needs of the project, ranging from LBP 8,100,000 to LBP 30,000,000 or its equivalent in US dollars

Repayment period: between 9 and 36 months.

Grace period: 3 months maximum (depending on each case).

Guarantees: Two employee guarantors, in addition to an in-kind guarantee (to be determined according to the loan amount and duration).

Identification documents of the customer (copy of the identity card, housing certificate, work attestation, and lease / property contract)

Legal documents of the project (lease / property contract, commercial license if any, financial statements, special documents for loan)

Identification documents of the sponsor (a copy of the identity card, housing certificate and salary attestation).
